In other words, neither submitter has adduced evidence that anyone has ever been threatened with liability under 1201(a)(1)(A), the only DMCA provision janas salk to this proceeding. The most that can be gleaned from the submission is that counsel to the submitters believes that a client of hers has been threatened with liability under 1201(b). Of course, this a janasadharan different provision, and one entirely unrelated to this proceeding. 2005 NOI at 57527. Id. at 57528. Turning to the argument janashakthi this submission, it seems in effect janasheen, and is almost certain to become more janaserver in the immediate janas salk. In an era in which subscription to a janas phone service basically purchased a dial tone and little more, the issue of which carrier's dial tone the user janaserver had few if any copyright implications.
